An experiment that shows the potential of multi-disciplinary collaborations to reduce waste & promote a circular economy while offering a glance at the future of materiality… Here’s a project we initiated with atelier retailles where they used our laser-cut scrap material to make this stunning paper.
Retailles’s vision is one that strikes our imagination. They consider the source material as the starting point of each creation; the choice of it is the artist’s first decision. To be coherent with their values, all papers made in their Montreal studio are the result of the transformation of existing materials, often coming from the production of another object.
